My way
The beginning
In my youth I was not particularly interested in my health. Of course, it was important to me to be healthy - but I never actively questioned my lifestyle, never did any sports, I ate extremely unhealthy food, and so on and so forth.
At my peak times I weighed almost 120kg! But changing something? - Nope.
And the 120kg were no muscle mass, as you can see on the left picture ;-)
I then started some weight loss attempts, which were not successful. At that time I was extremely frustrated by this, which did not make the whole situation better. I didn't know what the reason was - today I grab my head and think "oh man, oh man... if only you had had the knowledge of today back then!"
I did some sports, but afterwards I "indulged myself", after all I burned energy. And so the vicious circle went on and on and I got more and more frustrated.
The change
At some point in my early 20's I finally got a click - that's enough!
I informed myself on the Internet about healthy nutrition, read through practical tips and created my first nutrition plan. At the same time, I started to train seriously - systematically and without empty excuses why I can't exercise today.
By changing my entire lifestyle, the first results came very soon - and they were really something! Suddenly the opposite was the case - where failure, frustration and demotivation used to hold sway, success, satisfaction and motivation suddenly appeared! The motivation to stay on the ball. Because I saw (and felt!) why I'm actually doing all this.
And that was the key.
The conclusion
I started my transformation in 2014, about 6 years ago.
Today I can draw a clear conclusion about my change process. Today:

I weigh almost 35kg less

I sleep much better.

my constant fatigue has disappeared
-
I am more balanced in everyday life
-
I no longer have any digestive problems
-
I have much better blood lipid levels

my pancreas is working normally again
-
I like myself much better
-
I have no more pain
-
I'm generally more disciplined for goals I set

I start the day much more motivated
-
everything is right and I am fully satisfied with my life!
